ScopeLens

Your meetings already know what's going wrong.

ScopeLens reads meeting transcripts, pulls out the blockers, risks and decisions, and keeps track of the ones that come back meeting after meeting.

  1. Daily, Sep 3: First raised. Checkout can't integrate until the payments team delivers the webhook contract.
  2. Planning, Sep 8: Raised again. Payments promised it “this week” with no date. Flagged as a risk nobody named.
  3. Daily, Sep 10: Third meeting in a row. No change since planning. The checkout work is still waiting on it.
  4. Retro, Sep 19: Back after a quiet meeting. Nobody mentioned it at the review, but it wasn't solved. The thread was kept.
  5. Planning, Sep 22: Still open. Raised in 5 of 7 meetings, so it now leads the pre-meeting brief.

Every finding points back to what was said.

Findings link to the transcript lines they came from, so nobody has to take a summary on faith. Hover one to see its source.

Some findings were never said out loud. The diagnosis step catches risks hiding in phrases like “nobody gave me a date”.

Sprint 14 Planning7 lines, 4 findings
  1. 1

Ana (PM)The goal for sprint 14 is the checkout redesign.

  2. 2

Bruno (Eng)The design handoff for the new checkout page is still pending from the design team, so we can't start the UI.

  3. 3

Carla (Eng)I'll follow up with design today.

  4. 4

Bruno (Eng)We're also blocked on the payments team delivering the new webhook contract. Checkout can't integrate without it.

  5. 5

Ana (PM)Payments said the contract would be ready this week, but nobody gave me a date.

  6. 6

Diego (Tech lead)Then let's not rush it. Move the checkout redesign to next sprint rather than rush the payments dependency.

  7. 7

    Ana (PM)Agreed, that's the decision.

Three passes over every meeting.

  1. 1

    Extraction

Pulls every blocker, risk, dependency and decision out of the transcript, with owners when someone named one, and checks each against earlier meetings to spot repeats.

    Claude Haiku

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

Reads the same meeting three ways: where people contradicted each other, what connects to issues still open from before, and which decisions should have been made but weren't.

    Claude Sonnet

  3. 3

    Synthesis

Writes a short summary in plain business language and a prioritized list of what to do next.

    Claude Opus

Ready before the next meeting starts.

Built on data already extracted, so none of these cost an extra AI call.

Project health
A 0 to 100 score where every lost point is listed next to it, so the number can always be explained.
Decision log
Every decision across meetings, with the ones that were raised again or contradicted later.
Pre-meeting brief
Everything still open, ordered as an agenda. Copy it as Markdown into Slack or Notion.
Public status link
A read-only report for stakeholders. No transcripts, revocable at any time.

A portfolio project, built like a product.

ScopeLens is a working app designed and built end to end by Artur Nunes: market research, architecture, the AI pipeline, multi-tenant security, billing and this interface. It isn't a commercial service, and the repository says so.
